The course is a continuation of 'The Way We Were'. It will cover the period in American history from the 1930's through the Obama Presidency. The format will weave videos and lecture together. The emphasis will be on politics, headline events, movies, music, best-sellers, you name it. All effort will be made to include vignettes of personal experiences of classmates as we try to recreate the years we all have lived. Fred Boyle in his dotage/prime.
